This is an excerpt from the vision that began a decade long cycle of endings and completions, culminating in something that is integrating still…a beginning that followed after awakenings, illuminations and enlightenment. The process took me through my deepest inner landscapes and across the physical world.
May ‘my’ journey speak to yours, as light responding to light.
Excerpt from the first chapter:
Rennes le Chateau is a famous site where Mary Magdalene may have stayed for a time. Legend says her energy can be accessed there through the various dimensions.
As our little caravan pulled into the parking lot of the Chateau, my awareness field began to vibrate with a humming sound. I managed my ticket and a short conversation in French with the shopkeepers. Then began my walk between the worlds.
A big red and blue bus pulled in in front of us and the famous chapel was overrun with tourists. I bypassed the obvious first stop and wandered through the Chateau, until I came to the tower stairs. I have vague impressions of walking past exhibits and documents on the walls. The tower drew me like a magnet.
The spiral stairs pulled me upward as though carried by a waterfall in reverse. I stopped to take a few photographs from the arched windows, portal shots being a favorite of mine. My hands were shaking. It was difficult to focus the camera; the upward-rushing energies were so intense.
I gazed from each turret window into other dimensions. Amazing what you can see if you only take the time to look! Fascinated, I finally arrived on the ramparts.
The late-morning sun had warmed the stone, inviting me to take a seat and nestle in. I wanted to rest, basking in the energies, but the current kept me moving. At one end of the walk along the rampart edge, I was stopped in my tracks by a white butterfly. Zooming in front of my face at eye level, it seemed to demand, “Stop and look”.
The shock was visceral, the flash of light, blinding. I felt the ‘click’ of dimensional shifting, and moved onward. I began to dissolve. I proceeded up the tower to the top, with its commanding view of the surrounding countryside.
I took in the 360-degree view, resting in the beauty, my attention focused like a laser in one direction. It was another hilltop a bit lower down, with a ruin on its crest. Drawn to the ramparts, gazing down at the hill opposite, I began to walk their length.
As I stepped out into the sun, I glanced down. Surprised, I saw that my sandals had become older and more worn. My khaki walking pants had become the folds of blue robes. My hair was lying down my back, under a light blue mantle, instead of pulled up as I had arranged it that morning. I looked again. There were my trousers and my sleeveless white blouse. My camera case thrown over one shoulder. My hair was still tied up and uncovered.
I opened and closed my eyes several times, remembering to breathe. As I shifted my focus, my clothes and hair shifted with it. I was myself, and another as well.
Visions were not new to me. I listened for a moment and heard “walk with me”. As I moved forward, the ‘other costume’ re-appeared. I felt as though I was walking simultaneously in two bodies, as two beings, but wholly as one. I walked toward the end of the rampart where the butterfly had stopped me. As I neared the end, a lizard ran across my path. It was exactly the same spot. Transformation, then dreaming. I paused again, in order not to trample the little gecko. What am I to see?
I stopped and placed my hands on the warm stone of the waist-high rampart. Mid-day. The stone was hotter now. My hands registered the difference. I didn't want to lean though it was becoming difficult to balance in my altered state.
I gazed across to the lower hilltop where the ruined castle lay. I saw, in etheric images, a battle being waged. The castle was under siege. I watched, captivated. I saw and heard it all, until She said, from within me, “It’s too close now, time to leave”. I cannot explain how I knew what She meant or who ‘She’ was. The battle was coming closer. The castle would ‘fall’. Violence would come to the Chateau, and it was time to remove her Presence from that place.
My body hesitated, as if to sense any foreboding or agitation in Magdalena. I felt none. No anxiety. No fear. She knew what to do. It was time to leave...
